How the LeadOMatic System Generates Pre-qualified Leads for You

What is it?
The Lead-O-Matic (LOM) System provides the essential toolset for premium B2B professionals to maximize their success on the world’s leading professional networking platform – LinkedIn. This powerful AI-enabled technology will help you identify your ideal clients and build meaningful, lasting relationships at scale to grow your business. The LOM System offers a robust suite of advanced features designed to help you stay organized and in control of your outreach efforts.
Done *With* You Option
- Based on your E.L.I.T.E. Formula PDF responses, you will generate a prospect list from inside your profile via the Sales Navigator Core (highly recommended for the best results) or LinkedIn free search function. You will then select 300-500 prospects for the first month’s campaign and email us the search link.
- To move forward, you must purchase a LeadOMatic subscription for $300/mo., three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30-day cancellation.
- After your billing is set up you will need to email your LinkedIn username and password to activate@nicknichols.com. These will be the login credentials for your LeadOMatic dashboard.
- Then we will need to trigger an authorization code to you from LinkedIn so we can integrate the LeadOMatic System with your LinkedIn account. This usually takes under five minutes. The best way to do this is via text message. When the time comes we will send you our activation cell #.
- After your purchase is approved, we create a sequence of pre-steps and short messages that will go out automatically via LinkedIn at specified intervals.
- If you want to make new connections, the recommended pre-steps that we program for you are profile view, follow, endorsement of a relevant skill, and a connect request, all done automatically over a four-day period.

- Personal follow-up is the key. It will be up to you to monitor the activity in your LinkedIn account and LeadOMatic dashboard to pause the automatic message sequence when appropriate, such as booking of a Zoom call or other meaningful engagement activity. We will show how to do this. It’s easy.
- When all these steps are complete, we will configure your campaign and press “go!”
- Important: To get the fastest possible results, we will rely on you to get us what we need in a timely manner. If we don’t have what we need from you, the actual start time of your campaign may be delayed.

- With the Done For You option we do all the heavy lifting for you and give you up to two 15-minute Zoom coaching sessions per week during the first month, then up to two 15-minute Zoom coaching sessions per month for as long as you are a paid subscriber!
- To move forward, you must purchase a LeadOMatic Subscription for $750 per month, three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30-day cancellation.
- Why $750 per month? We’ve found that it takes a lot of “pre-work” to onboard properly for maximum results. This usually takes additional Zoom meetings and phone calls to make sure all your ducks are in a row. If we charged by the hour for this, it would be at least double, so we offer an all-inclusive fee to give you maximum value.

What kinds of results can I expect?
- Your results will depend on (1) how well you define your ideal target market; (2) the nature of what you sell and how effective it is at solving an urgent, expensive problem your target market has; and (3) the suitability and appeal of your “Ultimate Value Premium Offer™” to that target market. The better you can define your audience (especially on LinkedIn) and the better what you sell solves that urgent, expensive problem and, the suitability and appeal of your “Ultimate Value Premium Offer”, the more successful you will be.
- The LeadOMatic System will start dialogs with people who have raised their hands with a preliminary “Yes!” to what you offer. We have a 10-30% success rate at doing this, meaning, for every 100 people you reach out to, it’s likely that 10-30 will raise their hands. It’s then up to you to move the process forward by responding personally to people who seem like they are serious. You would stop the message sequence for those people in your LeadOMatic dashboard when this is the case.

What is your cancellation policy?
- By purchasing a monthly subscription, you understand and agree that you are obligated for a minimum of three months.
- If you cancel, your pending connection requests and messages will be deleted as of the last day of your paid-up billing period.
- If you decide to cancel, you must do so by the 29th day of the third (or subsequent) billing period, which will likely not be the first or last day of a given month. It’s up to you to keep track of your billing dates, as no reminders will be sent. If you don’t cancel, you will be agreeing to continue for another month and no refunds or proration will be permitted.
- You will have to go back to the tedious, hit-and-miss sending of manual connection requests, and manually following up.
- And more consequentially, you will lose free Zoom access to me (available with the Done For You option.)

Do I need LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
With the Done With You option, you can use LeadOMatic with a free LinkedIn account. However, Sales Navigator Core (not Premium) is highly recommended and is required with the Done For You option because of the advanced search capability to create highly targeted lists for better results.
It’s possible to get a free trial of Sales Navigator Core if you’ve never used it or haven’t tried it recently.
