• With the Done By You option, you get all the benefits of the LeadOMatic System, and basic guidance from Nick on setup and monitoring during your onboarding Zoom session. If you are comfortable with using LinkedIn and skilled at do-it-yourself marketing, this is the option fou you.
  • To move forward, you must purchase a LeadOMatic “Done-by-You” subscription for $300/mo., three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30-day cancellation.
  • After your billing is set up you will need to email your LinkedIn username and password to activate@nicknichols.com. These will be the login credentials for your LeadOMatic dashboard.
  • Then we will need to trigger an authorization code to you from LinkedIn so we can integrate the LeadOMatic System with your LinkedIn account. This usually takes under five minutes. The best way to do this is via text message. When the time comes we will send you our activation cell #.
  • Based on your E.L.I.T.E. Formula PDF responses, you will generate a prospect list from inside your profile via Sales Navigator Core (highly recommended for the best results) or via the LinkedIn free search function. You will then select 300-500 prospects for the first month’s campaign and email us a list of the LinkedIn profile URLs.
  • After your purchase is approved, we will schedule a Zoom session to show you how the LeadOMatic System Dashboard works. You will then create a sequence of pre-steps and short messages that will go out automatically via LinkedIn at specified intervals. We will discusss this on your Zoom call.
  • If you want to make new connections, the recommended pre-steps are profile view, follow, endorsement of a relevant skill, and a connect request, all done automatically over a four-day period.
  • If you want to target your existing first-degree connections, the recommended pre-steps are profile view, follow and endorsement of a relevant skill, all done automatically over a three-day period.

  • Although there is technically no limit to the number of post-connect messages you can send automatically, the best-results practice is to limit your time-frame to 30 days or less. So, your post-connect message time-frame could be: 1, 3, 3, 3, 3, 7, and 10 days, which is about 30 days total.
  • You will load your campaign list into LeadOMatic, set up your pre-step and short message sequence, and launch your campaign. Remember that the pre-steps are passive, so the best-results practice is to launch a connect campaign (new people) on a Saturday, and a re-engage campaign (existing 1st-degree) on a Sunday.
  • Personal follow-up is the key. It will be up to you to monitor the activity in your LinkedIn account and LeadOMatic Dashboard to pause the automatic message sequence when appropriate, such as booking of a Zoom call or other meaningful engagement activity. We will show how to do this. It’s easy-peasy.
  • When all these steps are complete, you will configure your campaign and press “go!”
